Your model art MUST be separated properly for me to be able to rig your model. If your PSD is not suitable for rigging I will ask you to contact your model artist and redo the file. I will only edit the model art if I have written permission from the artist!

I have the right to show your model on social media. Unless requested otherwise! We can agree on a specific date, until when I will not post anything about your model.

After the agreed date I have the right to post your model as part of my portfolio

Credit me as the rigger. Use clickable links in your bio's/about me's.

You are responsible for checking if your own systems are capable of handling the rig and model

The prices listed are only the base prices for a standard model. The final total may be higher based on difficulty and additional features

I take 50% payment up front, the rest of the payment is due upon completion

Project will only start after the work has been partly (50%) paid for

After the payment request is sent, the client must pay within 72 hours, otherwise the commission slot will be revoked.

Full payment must be completed before I deliver any files

Revisions are allowed throughout my rigging process

An extensive amount of revisions or revisions that result in redoing work already approved may incur an extra charge (15€ per revision). Please pay great attention to details during the revision process! Extensive revisions will also result in the commission taking longer to finish!

After receiving your model, you have 2 weeks for any further revisions. Model revisions are not accepted after those 2 weeks

I, as the artist, own the rights to the art of the Vtuber model itself (PSD, CSP files.) as well as the rigging of the model (.cmo3 files).

I do not own the design unless the design was created solely by me. All design rights are going to the original creator and are used with the permission from the creator.

I, as the artist, will only use the design provided to finish the commission requested and reserve the right to showcase said commission as part of my portfolio.

The commissioner gains permission to use the final rigged model as their own. (Use in live streams, promotional material, short form content, posting on social media, creating videos, etc.) They do not have the right to redistribute it or resell it unless they have my written permission!

You are agreeing this is digital content by commissioning me. There is no physical item ever being sent

Turn around might be around a 2-3 months from the moment I start your commission. This might be longer/ shorter depending on the complexity of the commission! Keep in mind I have a full time job outside of commissions. If things happen that disrupt my workflow, the client will be notified!

After completion and after receiving the rest of the payment. You will be send all the files necessary for running the model by google drive link.

If needed I can help set up your model

I do not make showcase videos, as of now

Rigging file (.cmo3) is not part of the delivery!

Full refunds are available if I have not started.

Full refund will be given if I am unable to complete your commission due to any personal reasons. The client will be notified.

Partial refunds will be given if the rigging has been started, proportional to how much work has been done.

No refunds after the model is completed or after a certain point in rigging (after Head, Body XYZ, Eyes and Mouth Forms have been finished.)

I will refund only the amount I received after processing fees (you may lose 20eur or more).

I provide WIPs. First during the sketch phase, then during flat color. Afterwards only 2 more revisions are available. Please use them wisely as I will not accept any changes after those final revisions!
